Information we receive

A website account holds your name, email address, a salted password hash, verification status and sign-in session records. We do not store your website password in plain text.

The contact form and beta application collect the details you submit. A beta application is linked to your signed-in account and includes your company, role and intended use.

How information is used

Account information is used to verify your email, let you sign in and manage beta access. Submitted information is used to answer questions, review beta applications, handle support or complaints and protect the service. It is not used to begin a paid subscription automatically.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only where it is reasonably needed to operate the website, provide Solan or work with service providers and Compliance London Ltd in connection with the partnership. It is not sold as a customer list.

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including support, security, record-keeping and legal requirements.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable UK data-protection law, you may be able to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal information, or object to certain uses.
